Serenity Now. All to Yourself.

It's stunning, to be sure, but the real beauty of this home lies in the way it lives: Spaces defined by the moment, by the user, not by some arbitrary one-plan-fits-all builder.

A home like no other, the Dry Creek Modern offers all the timeless design of a classic Palm Springs Ranch, tailored to its high desert locale. This is a dwelling of real value, the fruition of the belief that form follows function. It's stunning, to be sure, but the real beauty of this home lies in the way it lives: Spaces defined by the moment, by the user, not by some arbitrary one-plan-fits-all builder. Flexible, adaptable, sustainable; A home for every phase of life.

Designed from the inside out by a local architect to meet the needs of his own family, this house plan leaves nothing to chance. Put off by old world styling and ridiculous size, this husband/wife team rebuffed the McMansion trend. Instead, they painstakingly planned each space of the home to be flexible, doing double or triple duty, allowing for an earth friendly footprint while still living large.  As a result, they were able to appoint the home with superior materials, advanced construction techniques, and designer fixtures; because they wanted the atmosphere inside the home to be as breathtaking as the views out each window.  So, what happens when forward thinking, amazing design, and the best materials combine? The whole becomes greater than the sum of its parts. Flexible, adaptable, sustainable, beautiful; A home for every phase of life. This is modernism at its best:  The Dry Creek Modern.
